Time for a new car. Seeking suggestions on year/trim V70-XC70

Sadly, it looks like my v70 AWD may be on its last legs. I may decide to continue to put money into it, but at 20+ years old, it may be wise to begin the search for a new car. I am leaning most strongly toward a newer XC70, but I might also consider an XC60 or a V60. I'll start with the XC70 question and then move from there. What are the best years, trim, etc., for a newer (after 2004--I know, that's not really new--but pre 2014) XC70? There are T5, T6, Premier, Platinum, various years and engines. It's a lot to try to wade through. I wish I could find a 98-00 V70 AWD again, but at this point I think I'd just be buying other people's problems. Doe anyone have advice for which years, trims, engines, etc., to consider and which to avoid? Do the 3.2 engines have the same longevity and reliability as the 5-cylinder light pressure turbo engines?
