front mirrors not working correctly. V70-XC70 2008

driver side mirror, folds in and out no problem. But when adjusting up and down it does not move. It moves left/right no problem.

passenger side mirror, problems folding in and out when locking car. mirror moves up down okay, but won't move left to right. mirror seems a bit loose from base in comparison to the driver side.

also need new wire harness for passenger side as the socket for the blinker bulb is non functioning.
