The bars from my '99 fit the rails on my '99 (obviously), '01 and '07 V70's.

An '08 was for sale near me and I do remember looking at the roof rails and they seemed to be the same shape.
I'm guessing they'd fit (clamp onto the roof rails effectively) but it's just a guess from glancing at the '08.
