New Plugs - vs dielectric compound and also anti-seize 850 1995

I changed to new volvo plugs but have not re-attached the wires as my 84 Ford v8 indicates to spread a little dielectric grease inside the boot. Haynes does not say this. So I figure I'll wait 15 hrs or more to see if somebody has a comment. Easy enough to add later too.

I didn't put anti-seize on the plugs, a few brain sells question if that wouldn't inhibit a good ground connection with the cylinder head.
