How to remove/replace rear wheel well cover? V70-XC70 2004

I've been getting P0442s for several weeks (small EVAP leak detected). I went underneath and inspected the fuel tank/EVAP as best I could. I found a hose that enters the fuel tank adjacent to the filler hose is the source of a gunk trail that runs down the side of the tank. It looks like the original crimped hose clamp has gone lazy, letting some vapors escape during the EVAP pressure test.

Getting a new hose clamp in place will not be easy, unless I take off the black plastic wheel well cover.

My question: How do you replace the rivets that tie down the cover to the fender? Do I buy new rivets? Is there a p/n?
