What kind of oil do you use and when was the last oil change? Miles on the engine?

Timing belt changed?

The solenoids are on top of the engine by the timing belt. If they get clogged with dirty oil and low oil pressure, they won't work and you will get P0014 & P0015. It is required to use only full synthetic 10W30. You might want to try some Marvel Mystery Oil with an oil change, it will help clean any sludge.
