how to remove intake manifold V70-XC70

I agree with just about everything that Steve mentioned in his reply to you. But I would strongly recommend replacing the thin gasket. If you reuse the old one there is a strong possibility that you will throw an air leak code down the line. The gasket is cheap money.

Once you uninstall the throttle body from the car. goto my website and get yourself some AMSOIL Powerfoam. Spray this in the throttle body unit and let it dissolve all of the tarnish and oil build up. It should clean it with no problem. Once cleaned reinstall the unit and you should be all set.
