Can I permanently turn off ESC system S60

On my 2016 when I turn off the ESC system it mentions something about going into sport mode. Is there anyway to turn off the ESC system permanently and only turn it on when I want it? The way it is currently set-up is the opposite, each time I have to turn it off manually.

"Sport mode has been activated.
Please note that ESC is not deactivated at this time but its functionality is reduced."
