Probably only in ViDA. If you are getting them from a donor car, check the plugs for 12V. There will be only one. It is always live. Find the ground also.
The other wires are for seat heater and air bag.

The small switch towards the rear of the seat is for lumbar control.

I don't know what you mean by buckle?
