Interchangeable parts, different years, same model? V70-XC70 1998

My '98 V70 AWD has given up the ghost. I found a '99 V70 AWD with low miles that needs some items. Specifically, it needs front wheel hubs. Here's my question: I just replaced the front hubs on my '98 within the last year. Can I use the hubs from that on the '99? The part numbers (on FCP Euro) are different, but they appear to be the same part. Is there any reason I would NOT be able to use the '98n wheel bearings on a '99? I know there are some mechanical differences between a '98 and a '99, but these parts appear to be identical.
