Finally bought an XC70 V70-XC70

Well after a lot of looking I decided on a 2011 T6 which looks brand new on the top side. Like my old P1 the big heavy metal bits underneath are rusty as is some of the lighter parts, is this common?

I plan on getting underneath and treating it but maybe in the Spring.
It’s a one owner, maintained car with a clean car fax, (grain of salt as not everything gets reported) and runs great, no issues. Knock on wood.
