What do these codes mean? V70-XC70 2007

The CEL has been coming on intermittently.
Got hold of an Innova 3030h scanner and got the following codes/descriptions:

P2188 Fuel trim rich at idle bank 1

P0101 Mass or volume air flow circuit range/performance

Any idea what could be the cause?
Next steps to diagnose?
