Instrument light dimmer switch doesn't work in the daylight S60

Volvo isn't the only one. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica and it had the same 'logic'. Gone are the days when the driver could control everything, anytime. Makes me wonder if I should buy a new car or get a nice looking 1960's version of anything and make it reliable for road trips.

Hmmmm.
