Timing Chain V70-XC70 2012

I own a 2012 Volvo xc70 T6.

Looking into service/maintence on the timing chain?
Looking for all the tools required for it as well.
And if in there doing that work. What else should be done at the same time to save on the labor?

my vehicle now has 207K on it. I bought it with under 150K miles on it and according to the service log in the volvo book looks as though it was in at every service interval. I just don't see any mention of ever doing the timing chain anywhere.
