Need a new car V70-XC70

My beloved '98 V70 AWD died. Need a new AWD car (VT winters) and have been looking at more recent (2012-2016) XC70. It occurs to me that the S80 is a similar car, but less popular (therefore less expensive), and we don't really need a wagon, though we slightly prefer it. Is there any reason NOT to buy an S80 (w/similar trim) rather than an XC70? Also, leaning toward a T6. Any reason NOT to buy that over a 3.2 (non-turbo)?
