Cigarette lighter fuse location? V70-XC70 2008

Hi All -

It's been a long time since I've posted on Brickboard but it's good to be back!

I just acquired a 2008 XC70. Lovely car, except for one small problem: neither of the cigarette lighters work (the one in the front console, nor the one in the rear)...leaving me powerless (no pun intended) to charge my phone.

From things that I've read, there's a possibility that the fuse could be blown. But apparently, these cars have multiple fuse boxes (under the hood, under the dash, and in the rear cargo area). I tried looking at the online owner's manual, but it wasn't of any help. I also came across a YouTube video regarding a 10' XC70, but it seemed to have a different fuse layout than mine does (also probably doesn't help that the video was not made on a US-spec car).

So, friends...I come to you in earnest. Where is this elusive fuse?
