Thank you Klaus for the detailed steps. I would assume the Lexus shop followed this before putting the most expensive part in. The sales person I spoke with did not hesitate providing more information on their work. The work order of R&R was actually posted on the dealer sales link. If the trade didn't have potential they usually wholesale it, am thinking. Now to decide if I roll the dice on the 100 mile test, and also if I can live with the color of beechwood leather.
