Hi all

My son has a 2006 na s60

He is complaining of no go and struggling

Car starts ok
car idles ok
when driving and you put your foot down it sounds like the engine has died and has no go
sounds like a breathing issue
if you back off it will continue with a lot less performance

he says car struggles to get up hills sometimes
he says engine sounds like it is revving hard

sometimes these issues are intermittent

exhaust note sounds raspier from underneath

no codes
no warning light

is this limp mode
could a failed cat cause this
