P0455 Code, not gas cap, where to next? XC60 2015

A check gas cap message popped up a couple weeks ago, followed by CEL code P0455, "Evaporative System Malfunction, Gross Leak". I was the last person to fill the tank, did not "top off" the tank.

Code cleared multiple times, gas cap swapped with a new Honda cap on the shelf - no change.

Thought on where to go from here?

Patient is a 2015.5 XC60 T6 (3.0 turbo six), 112k miles.
