2006 V70 non turbo - AC condenser replacement V70-XC70 2006

My AC condenser took a rock and by the looks of the rust stain, all of the freon/oil drained out.

I find lots of insructions on how to replace the radiator on a turbo car (looks like the condenser, intercooler, radiator come out as a unit but I'm hoping the condenser can come out by itself on a non turbo car (ie no intercooler)

I have the Mahle condenser/drier in hand along with new o-rings.

Can anyone lay out the major steps? Trying to disassemble as little as possible..

I plan on having a shop pull a vacuum and recharge. Will they add PAG oil or do I need to while installing the condenser. If so, how much and what spec (I see different viscosities)
