V90 Manual Transmission V70-XC70

I have a 2005 V70 5T with a six-speed manual transmission with 350,000 km. I love the car and plan to keep it forever. Maybe I'm getting neurotic but it seems more difficult to get into reverse lately. There seem to be gates that stick, I can get it into reverse if I roll the car ahead a bit or force it into gear with a hard snap. What should I look for in repairs? clutch adjustment (hopefully) or transmission work?
Any advice?
