New sending unit installed! V70-XC70

Klaus it was brand new unit from FCP. tank was clean and dry. After 115 miles it still reads slightly above 1/2 tank. It was accurate enough to light low fuel light.

I could check electrical connections or possibly dash gauge.? I also can live with knowing that Low fuel light is accurate!

I do miss the green book for wiring (That I relied on for my 745)

By the way Klaus, I have followed your advice on oil, seals, IPD vacuum hoses, PTC and IC cooler parts, MPG suggestions, adding tire inflation by 4 psi and more! The result is an XC70 that I am loving and is fun to drive.

I thank you others who have helped me in returning to BB!
