Seems to me to be a strange coincidence that both rear locks aren't working. Did they stop working at the same time? If so, then that would potentially point to not the individual door mechanisms but something that is common to both. Of course it would be helpful if I could suggest what that might be but I can't! Just trying to use the information provided to diagnose as much as possible..

These posts below also seems similar but no resolution here also but may be something else to try. Relays, fuses, power reset/reboot
