2008 xc70 exterior chrome rear door trim removal V70-XC70

Hello Folks, I have to replace the rear passenger side door on my 2008 xc70. The original door has black window trim, while the used replacement door has chrome window trim. I would like to swap them from one door to the other door to eliminate any painting. I am familiar with how to remove the bottom exterior door/window piece but am not quite sure how to approach removing the top piece. It seems to be incorporated with the rubber molding. I'm not sure if I can remove the trim without removing the complete flexible window/door molding and metal trim combined or not.
Any information someone can share would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
