ABS - intermittent ABS light on - and ABS system msg - V70-XC70

2005 XC70 has had the abs service required light on for a while. Used XeMODex to check the BCM. Found an issue and repaired. LIght is still coming on and off. Is it time to look at the abs sensors running to the hubs? What’s the best test. Tried to search posts and didn’t see a clear answer. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
