2005 V70 NA Trying to help a friend

I am a long time brickboarder but my time is spent on the RWD forum.

I have a friend that is looking at a V70. I can't provide any tips that he should have in mind while considering it. It shows 179K and presents very well. Extremely clean with excellent black leather.

It is listed with new: Tires, fuel pump, sending unit, pump module, central electronic module, alternator, wiper transmission, spark plugs, rear window regulator and motor.
Any flags raised when reading between the lines on that list?

No mention of the timing belt but when he asked the seller about that he indicated he "pulled the cover back and looked at it and it wasn't dry or cracked and the previous owner took real good care of the car" I told him the timing belt needs replaced immediately if he moves forward with the car.

It is also throwing the code P2401 but that the seller says "it doesn't effect anything". I believe that is emissions related, but would appreciate being able to provide my friend with more of an explanation.

Thanks for any help or insight on this car.
