S40 Oil Pan Hard Plastic? S40-V40 2003

Hi Doug,

Someone else can comment on the weird oil pan arrangement.

I have a few comments for you:

You're taking a chance letting others change your oil.
Get some ramps and it's easy to change your own oil.
Then you have a 100% guarantee about what oil was used.
You need to use only Full Synthetic.
Dyno oil sucks especially in Volvo white block engines!
Get it cheap in the summer with promo rebates from Mobil-1, Castrol, and others
and Walmart has the best prices. In the fall no rebates and Walmart and everyone hikes the prices.

Please go back to your earlier post and tell everyone what you did to solve the problem. That's a lasting courtesy for people searching for answers instead of
unanswered questions.

Happy motoring, Bill
