boost question 850 1996

I just installed my boost gauge. Didn't go with the IPD pod. Instead bought a plain gauge and mounted it to the right of the steering wheel under the instrument cluster. Not the best spot but I did not want to look like Fast & Furious II nor did I want to drill any holes in plain view. Anyway, I'm seeing 10-11 pounds of boost spiking at 15 on shifts.

Is that what I should be getting with the IPD ECU, TME catback, horn relocation and K&N?
