Paint + sap = big problems 850 1996

I bought my car used about a year and a half ago. The owners lived with lots of pine trees around and the car was usually garaged but still no escape from the sap. So when I got the car it had a couple sap drops that were really hard to remove, I got most of them but there are still a few on the car. Now when I try and scatch them off NOTHING happens at all, Its like the are part of the paint. Is there anything I can do to touch these sucka's up?? I bought some touch up paint from the dealer a while back and havent used it yet but probably wouldnt be a good idea just to go over it with that. Any suggestions would help me greatly. sap sux :(
