Fogs 850 1996

Here are a couple of dumb questions. Why were front fog lamps not included on the '96 850T? To the best of my knowledge these were standard with earlier turbo packages. Where do they mount on the 850? I guess I'm not observant enough to have noticed the location on any others I've seen that may have had them. Is wiring already in place to accommodate the addition of front fogs?
