Need to jiggle shifter to start - microswitch? 850 1994

I've noticed that on occasion (seems to be when the weather is cold) I need to jiggle the shifter handle (automatic) a bit while it is in park in order to get the car to turn over. Is this the shift microswitch, or could it be the shift solenoid? Thanks.
