Hot smell V70-XC70

The Volvo dealership called today informing me that the car is ready to be picked up. Total cost $4345.16CDN!! They replaced the main engine harness, main harness into the dash and secondary harness, altitude sensor. They could not give me a definitive answer on the cause of the problem. I told them to investigate it, and report back. Now that I know what they did and the cost, my next phase is in motion. I'm taking the case to Volvo Canada, and calling the media to see if I can get my story printed. The Web site will be next.

With the amount owing to the dealership, perhaps they will now have an incentive to get a resolution from Volvo.

Regards,
Nick
