CD player stuck on disk # 5 wont come out hepl 850 1994

My CD stuck on disk # 5 it won't come out... radio work fine casset work fine only CD player have problem... I get the reading H-- and it flashing I think it mean hold or stuck...

Any trick to get the CD disk out ?? any way to clean the CD player ??

I try the trick on BAY 13 to reset the radio micro switch follow all instruction but can not fine or see the micro switch .. Boy I must be blind..

any one see this micro switch ??? my stereo is stock look just the picture...
