Flashing Up Arrow Again/ Trouble Starting 850 1994

I've been having trouble starting and now the flashing up arrow again, I just had the PNP switch replaced a couple of months ago. Even though the flashing arrow is on, the transmission didn't go to "limp" home mode this time. What's the dealio? I'm not having an problems shifting the gears (the microswitch was replaced a couple of years ago). Any help would be appreciated.
