AWD and adjustments V70-XC70 2000

I have a V70R AWD 2000 and I have problem with hard shifts, delayed shifts and when putting the car in park it will move backward a little before settling. When braking hard, and then accellerating a sound is heard, freewheel?

Is there anything that could be adjusted here? I see that on the right side of the bevel gear there seems to be possible to make some adjustment for something, what is that?

Also saw that there were some AW55-50s that were suspected to have bad oil, could this cause these symptoms?

I've checked for anything thats loose, but can't find anything.
