Alarm Control Module Location ? 850 1997

Am contemplating installing an aftermarket alarm in '97 850 (RHD). Before I spend what could be a very long time... figuring out which wires run to flashers, door locks, LED on dash etc. I figured that the connector for the fctory alarm must be a reasonable starting point.

Can someone please tell me where to find the connector for the factory alarm ? (and what colour, no. pins if known). Also, assuming the factory alarm doesn't add a separate engine hood pin switch, do they somehow use the hood latches for triggering ? I don't have an underhood light.
