FEI Computer - can a simple

I just hung up from a new mechanic. My Check engine light came on, so I dropped it off for a little checkover...

He sez -

1. Front 02 sensor. No surprise. $280.

2. Fuel Injection ECU. $1300.

3. My turbo is leaking oil inside. Replace for $1300. He intimates that if I don't fix it it will cost me a bundle with other internal engine damage.

All this from a car that is running fine. I don't trust him, and will get a second opinion from the Volvo garage. Any opinions from anyone are welcome...

The car is at 94,000 miles, has been aggressively maintained, and runs great.

I guess my question has two parts -

Wouldn't a malfunctioning Fuel Injection ECU produce some kind of engine problem that I can feel?

Don't all turbos leak some oil, anyway? How can I tell he's not just blowing smoke up my ass?

Thanks for all your help in advance....
