JVC KDMK77 CD Changer - HELP 850 1995

James,
I have a car with 12 disc changer that sends FM signal through antenna, just like a radio station, so you have to tune in to the changer frequency (my changer's default frequency was 89.3, but yours may be a different one) to listen to a CD. To operate the changer and to find out the correct frequency you need to power the changer and the radio and play a CD. Than try to tune in to the changer with your radio controls, just like tuning to a radio station.
BTW, since this is a FM modulated changer your radio's CD controls will not work with it. It was only designed to work with Volvo's overpriced changer or an Alpine unit through a signal coverter (adapter).
Have fun,
Jon
