Most reiable FWD Volvo???

Most reliable IMO is a '96-'97 850 non-turbo with a manual trans. MCC (not ECC, electronic climate control) would simplify the car even more. Then w/o sunroof, manual seats, no seat heaters, etc. The simpler the better for overall hassle free driving life BUT most 850s did come with most of those features and most people want them too UNTIL those items fail, then it's more trouble and expense than an old 240. Cars like the old 240s are gone but some newer cars if well maintained will serve you well too.
