yellow gunk on dipstick

What is this stuff? I last used the car about a day ago. Second dip did not produce any snot. My most recent service was to investigate a sudden drop in oil level and blue smoke in the exhaust. Indy tech couldn't find cause. Turbo drain was clear. Replaced burnt pcv vacuum hose (a small elbow). Performed pressurized cylinder leakdown test; passed. Topped off but did not change dino oil with 1000 miles on it and the burning. Codes read were EFI-232 Long Term Fuel Trim Idling and EFI-612 Small Leak In Evap System. Reset codes. Original symptoms have disappeared. No oil consumption or smoke. At gas fill-up, gas mileage during the interval including the incident was a poor 17mpg.

What's the yellow stuff?
What about the 232 and the 612 codes?

Thanks!
