Reduce Body Roll/V70 R Question V70-XC70

So I know I'm spoiled by my Miata and I don't expect my 'new' 98 V70 GLT to handle like it, but I'd definitely like to cut some of the body roll. I will start with sways, of course, but are there any good packages out there that go beyond this (or is it all put the various parts together yourself)?
Also, out of curiosity (and because my boyfriend wants to know) what are the suspension differences on the V70 R? Is it possible to buy R parts and put them on a GLT (Obviously one is FWD and one AWD, but he wants to know how much that would affect the suspension bits etc)? How about T5 (it handles better than the GLT, right?)?
