Mad,

They pull out. Use a small screwdriver or similar tool and CAREFULLY pry from the top until you can grip the switch and remove it.

Disconnect the wiring and remove the switch from the car. You will see a small round cap which houses the bulb. Use a screwdriver to remove the cap and pull the bulb out.

You can get replacements from the dealer or an electronics supplier.
