Oil leak and turbo 850 1995

1995 Volvo 850 turbo replace the turbo retun line o-ring

Ok here it goes..i have a oil leak..a pretty good one about half quart a week..after having the car on the lift twice with a local garage and also having it on the lift of 2 volvo repair places i am totally confused..one volvo shop told me it was the PVC valve but i thught the 1995 turbo did not have a PVC..the other volvo garage told me it was a bad turbo or the tubing that goes to the turbo is bad and the turbo still needs to be replaced. I have been under the car and really cannot locate where the leak is coming from but it does seem to be coming from the turbo area.....Any ideas..any thing else i should check replace?
its not the oil pan not the oil pan plug not the rear main seal

thanks
Randy
