Brake rotors 850 1996

IMy 96 854T has been going thru rotors like crazy. The seem to last only 10K miles before they exceed their runout specs. I do drive the car hard but this is ridiculus. I do all my own work on this car. ANyone have any suggestion as to a good brake pad rotor combintion. I usually get brembo or zimmer rotors and PB geniune vovlo pads. Has any one cryo their rotors to strengthen and harden them??
