Can I upgrade TRACS to all speed? S70 1998

The TRACs programs works so well, I wish I could get it to work at all speeds. Is there an upgrade or modification that will make it functional at speeds above 25mph. (It saved my butt on an out-sloped curve covered with black ice the other night, luckily I was only doing 25mph at the time.)
