sven:
there is a "t" check valve (with a red cap) under the insulation of your hood. if it is your windshield washer, then it is the one under the hood that is clogged. your dealership has it for less than $10 or is it $5? cant remember. your headlight washer also has the same t-check valve gizmo and is just as suseptible to failure as the one on the hood. the one by the headlamp is a PITA to replace. the ones for the windshield should not take you less than 5 minutes.
