Light vs. High pressure Turbo C70

Hey guys,
i'm new to the fwd forum and i'm sure this has been questioned and answered multiple times by yall. OK here goes:
A c70 with light pressure turbo will make 190 hp and a high pressure will make 236, aside frrom compression differences are there ANY other differnces in the engine/turbo? and i'm sure you cant just crank up the pressure on a light pressure and make it run with the high pressure, can you? anything else i should consider when picking an engine(i want a 5-speed) how much slower is the low versus the high. IS there afteremarket stuff for the light?

THanks guys,
Gene K
