Try this it work for me 850 1994

Remove the knee booter under the passenger side below the glove compartment...

I just do mine 2 week ago.. If you have trouble go to www.volvospeed.com
look under I think glove box remove.. not sure..

it take 3 screw and 3 nut to do the whole job..

now look you can see the blower motor... to the left in the back you will see the resistor pack... Next to it there you will see a BLACK color relay...

now that is your problem by un plug the relay and plug it back.. what happen is the relay connect there some wire lose connection.. by moving the wire it will
make contact..

Now turn on your blower motor .. it should kick right on...

the job take less than 1 hours.. you need to buy nothing...

My motor was death for 6 month every one said resistor pack it was not.. lost connection on that relay is the cause..

try it out it may be you prolbem .. do you check the fuse ???

My english is poor but I hope this will hepl

good luck please let us know what you fine out
