getting additional keys... S80 1999

We just purchased a 1999 S80 T6. Only one key was available (along with an electronic entry/access device). We contacted a local Volvo dealer to purchase an extra key and device, but we were amazed/shocked at the prices quoted ($150 for the key, and $450 for the key and entry device commbined). Any suggestions from owners? Does this seem right? Are their options, that is, other outlets/vendors who can cut a "dependable" key? I am assuming there are no options for getting the electronic entry device other than through Volvo. In advance, thanks for your thoughts and advice.
