Advice on 1996 850 850 1996

I am considering a base model 1996 850 with the "winter package" (i.e. TRACS and heated seats), a third seat, an 77000 miles. The dealer is asking for US$ 10900. The car appears to be in great (cosmetic) shape and clean. I can not comment on the mechanical aspect. I was hoping to get responses to the following questions:

1) is the price reasonable/fair ?

2) what are the maintenance issues to expect for this car with this kind of mileage ? what should I expect in the next 30000 miles ? I am trying to get the service records and to determine whether the regular visits happened (i.e. where the belts changed at 70000, ...)

3) the back (2nd) seat squeak on rough roads or when the car hit bumps/holes. I originally thought it was the 3rd seat but the noises continued after I collased the third seat. Is this a common occurence ? and can it be addressed ? The noise is particularly prominent due to (surprisingly) good noise insulation when inside the car.

Thanks,

Bernd
